Consulting
LVC assists the leaders of non-profit
organizations, green companies, corporations and government agencies
to clarify their own goals, recognize their personal strengths and
weaknesses and to make changes that support positive growth in themselves
and their organization.
Our consultant meets with leaders and their senior staff to reveal
the conditions of their system - communications, success in attaining
goals, accountability and group dynamics. The leader then has private
sessions with the consultant to identify their own successful patterns
and to transform the limiting factors into true leadership power.
The next step is for the leader to observe which of his/her own
personal issues are reflected down the line in their world. As this
awareness increases and the leader shifts his/her internal state
of being, the stage is set for the entire organization to co-create
a new culture and ecology. New possibilities based on mutual respect,
support, honesty and commitment manifest the leader’s vision.
As a leader, you become internally aligned and able to make a greater
contribution to the wellbeing of all beings, the planet and to foster

Training
Managers, directors and team leaders
go through a similar process, determining how their own personal
and internal limitations affect the team. Their points of view shows
us how they perceive leadership and team communications, how successfully
projects are being accomplished, and how well the team works together.
Here we see how the personal factors create roadblocks, as well
as freeways.
Next the consultant meets with
the various team members to access their perceptions of the ‘trickledown’.
A group training session is then devised, collaboratively, with
the leaders and their staff. This creates an opportunity for co-creation
of more effective systems. An accountability process is used to
support trust building, truth telling, and appropriate measures
to keep teams on track.
The training improves ease of communication, creative flow, innovative
problem solving and productivity, in the leaders and their teams.
The development of new perspectives and their implementation reduces
stress and ensures the health, vitality and prosperity of the leader
and the members of the organization. It’s a new world of potential.
Private
consulting sessions and business or organizational assessment are
conducted at your site or in preliminary phone consultations. Fees
are based on an hourly rate.
